How the Delegation Chain is created

In my last post “How does the delegation chain help security and trust?”(https://medium.com/@pushbar/how-does-the-delegation-chain-help-security-and-trust-5e17b5a922a7) I tried to explain all the detail about the Delegation Chain, but I realize it would be too long to read. So I stop right after the purpose of the Delegation Chain. I would like to explain how the Delegation Chain is created in this post. I hope I can finish it in one post without another “to be continued”.
